First and foremost, at the meeting, Director Zhou Mi of the Teaching Department of our school delivered an enthusiastic welcome speech, warmly welcoming the visiting trainee teachers and briefly introducing our school's educational history, educational philosophy and distinctive achievements, after which Assistant Principal Chen Peifeng delivered a keynote speech, encouraging the interns to cherish the practical opportunities, closely combine the theoretical knowledge they have learned at university with the practical teaching and educational work on the front line, deeply understand the students, familiarize themselves with the classrooms, and practice their skills, in order to lay a solid foundation for their future career as teachers. In the meantime, Assistant Principal Chen Peifeng requested that our school's supervising teachers earnestly fulfill their duties of 'teaching, guiding and mentoring', thus providing meticulous guidance to the interns in areas such as education and teaching, as well as class management. 

Subsequently, Qian Guiping, the leading teacher from Anqing Normal University, expressed heartfelt gratitude to our school for the meticulous planning and the valuable practical platform provided, hoping that the interns would strictly abide by our school's regulations, humbly seek advice, actively participate in various tasks, and strive to enhance their comprehensive qualities and teaching abilities. 

In conclusion, the successful holding of this meeting has laid the foundation for the effective implementation of the internship program. In addition, it is believed that with the joint efforts and meticulous organization of both schools, this educational internship activity will surely achieve complete success, helping the future teachers to complete the transformation from students to prospective teachers and enhance their abilities.
